On live session of ubuntu budgie, plank doesn't respect screen resolution changes (position on screen)

We started a live session (on a VM), changed screen resolution to 1080p, but plank stayed on the same position as before, while the screen was indeed much bigger.

Note. I'm not the maintainer of plank - this doesn't feel like a valid use-case but I'll leave that to the plank maintainer to decide. You should really logout and login which you can do in a live-session.

Hi there, I had the same bug on live session and after installation on a virtual machine using virtual manager.
Here is the screenshot that shows how plank behaves after changing the monitor resolution:

If plank is closed and reopen it behaves the normal way.
