Test case 1307: Steps 1 through 3 does not match current boot sequence of (hirsute) iso images and hence failing the test

Bug Description

The 'Free Software Only' test case requires iso image to boot into a screen which allows us to select language and then press F6 to select, 'Free Software Only' option from the menu. However current daily build images either boot directly to desktop (e.g. lubuntu) or boot to 'Welcome' screen (e.g., Ubuntu, Ubuntu MATE) with only 'Language', 'Try Ubuntu' and 'Install Ubuntu' options. As such the test case always fails.

Current screen medium boots into (without the options mentioned in test case steps).
