Bug Description

I tried to upgrade Ubuntu from 18.04 to 20.04 several times and it crashes with the reason "Could not calculate the upgrade".

Apt.log complains about libompl5-9

libpocl2 depends on clang-9
clang-9 recommends libomp-9-dev
libomp-9-dev depends on libompl5-9

Could you remove libpocl2 and try again?
