libgtk-3-0-dbgsym missing for focal-updates

I maintain a Docker image based on the official ubuntu:20.04 release, and I install libgtk-3-0-dbgsym in my image.

My most recent build failed around 2021-03-30T02:25:40.254Z:

    $ apt-get install -y -qq libgtk-3-0-dbgsym=3.24.20-0ubuntu1
    E: Version '3.24.20-0ubuntu1' for 'libgtk-3-0-dbgsym' was not found

This most recently succeeded around 2021-03-18T23:54:37.274Z:

    $ apt-get install -y -qq libgtk-3-0-dbgsym=3.24.20-0ubuntu1
    Selecting previously unselected package libgtk-3-0-dbgsym:amd64.

Looking at http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/gtk+3.0/ for amd64 libgtk 3.24 packages, I see:

The incident seems to be from 2021-03-20, the log on that day includes those errors

which means the signing on the archive Release file failed, there is no real hints of the cause though. It seems the focal-updates archive got wiped out though which would suggest the cleanup function got an empty packages index and considered all the ddebs older than 30 days candidate for removal

The missing ddebs should be back on amd64 now (other architectures are still catching up), confirmations that specific problems are resolved would be welcome

All of the libgtk-3-0-dbgsym_3.24.20-0ubuntu1.1_*.ddeb files are missing now, so maybe this bug has come back?

apt-get install libgtk-3-0-dbgsym gives:
