Clicking on a link to a binary file doesn't open the download dialog

Bug Description
After upgrading to version 1.0.2-ubuntu5.4, clicking on a link to a binary file
does not open the download dialog anymore. I've already tried to delete my
user's preferences and, in fact, in the first time I performed this operation,
the download dialog was shown correctly. Closing and starting the browser,
however, leads to the same problem. I've also tried to reinstall the package,
but the result was the same.
