Bug Description
This is a followup to bug 1873322 which changed the default in the org unit selector in admin pages from the consortium to the workstation library. Comment #12 on that bug suggests further refinements to the behavior:
- For continuity with the previous interfaces, the angular org selector should default to having the Ancestors and Descendants checkboxes selected.
- The selector+checkbox settings should be sticky so that users can customize their view if the default behavior doesn't work for them.
