Bootstrap opac: course pages being pulled from old templates

While looking at lp1915048, I noticed that several pages for the course reserves functionality in the bootstrap opac are being pulled from templates/opac, because the files do not exist in templates-bootstrap. The files in question are in the directories opac/course, opac/parts/course, and opac/parts/course_search.

Hi Garry, since the bootstrap opac doesn't currently have all of the files it needs to totally replace the existing templates directory this is expected and completely fine. Once it's considered "The OPAC" then the contents of templates and templates-bootstrap will be merged and anything only referenced by the tpac (likely nothing / not much) will be discarded. There's no need to copy these files to templates-bootstrap before then unless they require bootstrap-only changes.
