Bug Description

This problem was discovered when updating kmymoney's cmake build system with respect to libical (see https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/merge_requests/63) with ubuntu:20.04.

libical-dev:amd64 (3.0.8-1) ...
/# sed -i -- 's/#[ ]*deb-src/deb-src/g' /etc/apt/sources.list
/# apt update
/# apt-get install libical-dev
/# dpkg -L libical-dev | grep 'LibIcal$'
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/cmake/LibIcal

The correct location is /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/LibIcal.

The issue was not fixed with ubuntu 20.10.
