The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
The file system wasn't safely closed on Windows. Fixing.

Did you try safely close file system on Windows?
It should be even possible to repair grub after that.

That day I was installing Ubuntu on a friend's system. I faced that error and thought it is good to report.

I'm not sure what caused that and what fixed that. But that night I went into a lot of tweaks in bios and filesystem. Last thing I tried was to convert MBR -> GPT using `gdisk`. And then I could install Ubuntu.
