Bug Description
Installing brscan4 the options for Scan Brother MFC-T4500DW
using scanimage -h I have only the next options
Geometry:
-l 0..293mm (in steps of 0.0999908) [0]
Top-left x position of scan area.
-t 0..420mm (in steps of 0.0999908) [0]
Top-left y position of scan area.
-x 0..293mm (in steps of 0.0999908) [292.973]
Width of scan-area.
-y 0..420mm (in steps of 0.0999908) [415.962]
Height of scan-area.
But the ADF and the Plane should to have maximum paper 293mmx430mm
Where is the problem and how to solve it?

Those options are provided by the brscan4 driver. It is proprietary software that is not part of Ubuntu or SANE.
You will need to obtain support from Brother for this driver. /support. brother. com/g/b/ faqlist. aspx?c= us_ot&lang= en&prod= mfct4500dw_ us_as_cn& ftype3= 100258

Alternatively, since the Brother MFC-T4500DW supports eSCL (Apple AirScan), you may try installing the sane-airscan package and using this driver instead of brscan4.
