'Enemies' don't move

Bug Description

Binary package hint: a7xpg

On Ubuntu 8.04: Hardy, using a7xpg and a7xpg-data versions 0.11.dfsg1-2, none of the enemies move at all as they are supposed to, they just sit still. To reproduce this, I simply have to install the game and run it, it never works correctly. However, if I download the game binaries from the author's website, cd to the a7xpg folder, and run it from there, it works fine and the enemies do chase and such.

I can reproduce this bug for the packaged version of a7xpg on two 64 bits Ubuntu 8.04 installations.

This should be fixed in a7xpg 0.11.dfsg1-4.
