[snap] 7.1.1.2 Yaru icons not working in hirsute

The Yaru icons are built as part of the libreoffice snap. When a user installs the LO snap, if they are on Yaru then these icons are default.

The 7.1.1.2 snap in latest/stable (released March 5) works with the Yaru icons on a focal system but not a hirsute one.
