Kamoso shows a black screen instead of webcam output

Bug Description

Every time I launch Kamoso, the webcam output is blank and the webcam's led is off. The hamburger button does not work. Attempting to record a video crashes Kamoso. Attached is an screen recording of Kamoso to illustrate the issues The Webcam output is displayed well with the Cheese gnome app.
