Binary package hint: openoffice.org
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu is a lie from `cat /etc/lsb-release`, it's Kubuntu

on AMD64, using OO Writer Fax Template wizard, the created template
uses the default locale date format YY/MM/DD rather than the KDE-wide
system date format of YYYY-MM-DD. I can find NO date format options
anywhere in OO Writer.
