Bug Description
When i open a window like Spotify or GitKracken, that should open in my second monitor (because i always use them there), Ubuntu draws it in my main monitor, but, if i try to move it, resize or press an area of the window, it selects the window that is under it (like if the windows does not logically exist there). If i click on the window title bar, it sometimes appears on the second monitor and is resized (also if i press the minimize button or others). Sometimes the window is not responding until i do not minimize it from the dock and re-maximize it. Once it does that everything works well.

Thanks for the bug report. We really should report this to the Mutter developers, but to be sure that wouldn't be a waste of their time, please first ensure you're not using any extensions (in the 'Extensions' app) that might be causing this. Then report it at: https:/ /gitlab. gnome.org/ GNOME/mutter/ issues
