[Reproduce Steps]
1. Flash Latest BIOS 0.1.7, Install Ubuntu OS 20.04.1.
2. Connect DP and HDMI monitor to WD19 SC dock,then plug dock to SUT.
3. Then unplug WD19 SC dock,find SUT hang about 6s.--->
