Change default 'Code' view to be git, not bzr

Bug Description
Every project I interact with has moved to git. When I go to code view I always have 1 extra click to get to the git repos. Additionally, new users go looking at the bzr branch for projects that have migrated to git and find stale code.
Let's make it easier to find git repos by changing the default view and lower the friction for git usage (shifting that to projects that haven't migrated as encouragement to move).

Yes, there is a need to improve the git experience in launchpad on a higher priority.
