Thanks for the bug report.
The attached files seem to show the nouveau kernel driver is crashing, so you will probably experience a freeze when that happens. This is a somewhat common problem and the best we can suggest is to use the official Nvidia driver instead. It seems driver version 340 is the correct one for your GPU so to install that you can run:
sudo apt install nvidia-340
and then reboot.
