Bug Description

In Ubuntu Budgie 20.04.2, bookmarks separators do not appear within Firefox bookmarks menu.

This issue is being logged against Budgie, rather than Firefox because it does not appear in other variants of Ubuntu 20.04.2 (e.g. "standard"/GNOME, Ubuntu-Mate, Lubuntu)

How to reproduce:
Launch Firefox
Go to Customize
Make sure Menu bar is enabled
Save settings
Go to Bookmarks - Show All Bookmarks
Verify that the bookmarks menu area shows several bookmarks/folders and separators (create them if they don't exist.)
Open the Bookmarks menu and see that no separators appear

Versions installed:
budgie-desktop-environment 0.13.7
ubuntu-budgie-desktop 0.65
firefox 86.0+build3-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

Please attach a picture - zoom into the area showing the issue.

Please say what GTK Theme you are using. Also test QogirBudgie/Pocillo and their light and dark variants.

That looks like the default Pocillo theme. The separator is deliberately not visible in the default theme with a light background since it spoils the overall look.

Issue still exists after going to
Budgie Welcome -> Themes -> Pocillo -> Apply Makeover
but not
Budgie Welcome -> Themes -> QogirBudgie -> Apply Makeover

(i.e. QogirBudgie renders separators.)
