We're going to need a bit more information to help you:

1. Which version of Ubuntu (if applicable)
2. Which version of the openstack-dashboard, keystone and nova-charms (or just the release set .. e.g. 21.01)
3. Which bundle you used to deploy openstack (or the config for the openstack-dashboard charm)
4. Which version of OpenStack is deployed.
5. Relevant log files from openstack-dashboard showing the error.

As this seems like an interactive support request, it may be more useful to head over the the https://discourse.charmhub.io/ and ask the question there. However, we'll do our best to provide pointers here.

   nova-cloud-controller 22.0.1
   nova-compute 22.0.1
   nova-mysql-router 8.0.23

3. openstack base #73

4. openstack 4.0.0

5. the only relevenat log i found was
AttributeError: OS-EXT-SRV-ATTR:instance_name when loged as non admin user on openstack base #73
in

Thanks for the updated information. Good job finding a workaround too. Setting to medium as there is a workaround.
