HP Device Manager Fails to Install HP Plugin

While attempting to install drivers for HP LaserJet m2727nf MFP printer, I'm told an additional driver plug-in is required. Choosing "Download and install the plug-in from an HP authorized server" produces an error: /home/****/.hplip-3.20.11-plugin.run file does not match its checksum. File may have been corrupted or altered.

Downloading the file and then choosing "Select and install an existing local copy of the plug-in file" causes the plug-in installer to hang. The Next button is never enabled. See attached screen shots.

Hi ,

It seems that driver is not installed properly in your system.

Also did you try installing plugin file using sh command?

$sh hplip-3.21.2.plugin.run

Please trying once again and let me know if any issue
