Bug Description
```
brlin@groovy:~$ dpkg-query --listfiles libnss3
/.
/usr
/usr/lib
/usr/lib/
...stripped...
/usr/lib/
/usr/lib/
/usr/lib/
/usr/lib/
```
The path appears to be a result of a failed parameter expansion.
