[RFE] should we use luks with same_cpu_crypt and submit_from_crypt_cpus set?

Hi,

One thing I want to bring up for discussion is if we should set same-cpu flags for LUKS disks when we open those devices.

It would ideally make its way into:

https://github.com/openstack-charmers/vaultlocker/blob/master/vaultlocker/dmcrypt.py#L61

And then we could get all kernel-related ops when writing/reading (and encrypting) running on the same CPU.
I'd expect some latency gains with those settings.
