Mario, thanks for taking the time to file this bug. The console is not enabled by default in the openstack-base bundle.

To enable the console, you'll need to select your console type and configure this in the nova-cloud-controller. For example, to enable the console type of spice you can run:

juju config nova-cloud-controller console-access-protocol=spice

Tankyou very much for your short reply, form this document https://docs.openstack.org/nova/rocky/admin/remote-console-access.html, I see that spice is the console for html5 (horizon), am I right?

also i think it would be use full if the example you provide to me is added too https://jaas.ai/openstack-base/bundle/72

Regards

Yes, spice is a html5 console that can be used in the openstack-dashboard.

I'm changing the title of the bug to reflect the documentation requirement for the README. Thanks.
