XtremIO does not support ports filtering

Bug Description

If there are some iSCSI target ports (ESXi for example) that are not connected to the OpenStack host,
Openstack iSCSI login command wait until iSCSI login timeout.
The XtremIO Cinder driver needs a new option to support ports filtering.

The fix has merged in master - does it deserve a backport? Or is it a new feature?
