calendar should have a <synchronize> button in its top bar

Bug Description
Having a "synchronize' entry in a dropdown list is VERY userUNfriendly.
I cannot imagine the mindset that deems it okay.
The <synchronize> button should always be visible, so put it on the top bar of the application.
