Leadership Code of Conduct should be signed by Team Leaders

Hi all,

Browsing for project references, I stumbled upon the Leadership Code of Conduct page, on Ubuntu website
http://www.ubuntu.com/community/leadership-conduct

I found this page and its advices very interesting, but I was disappointed not to be able to sign it, as a Project Leader.

I think that, at least, information about this code of conduct should be displayed more obviously for team leaders (since we know who is owner of a team, it shouldn't be hard to display a note on Leadership CoC) ; and these team leaders could be encouraged to sign it, and stick to it.

I agree. I was actually looking for the leadership code of conduct using the search feature on Launchpad starting on my own profile page and nothing came up. I then went to my wiki page and did the same search = leadership code of conduct. I ended up here because this was the first result of my search and the result showed part of the URL to the code.

I think the problem is one of organizing the content on Launchpad better and improving the search capabilities. I'm new here and trying to find the information I need to learn how things work is a very frustrating experience.

The leadership code of conduct is an Ubuntu issue, not a Launchpad issue
