Angular Providers: Column sort should be case insensitive

Bug Description
Seen in current master (3.6.1-ish).
In the new Angular Acquisitions providers, the column sort is case sensitive. It should be case insensitive.
To test:
Add 2-3 providers, some with the Code as all in caps and some with the Code in mixed case. Sort the grid by the Code field. All upper case codes starting with the same letter are grouped together, with the codes starting with the same letter and then mixed case are grouped together, instead of being interfiled.

Confirmed in 3.6.1. I also see codes beginning with a lower case letter grouping together.
