Menu bar problem and reqire new inlog after trick...

Bug Description

At all applications the menu bar is empty until I go in at Settings and change and change back (now in Swedish)Utseende>Beteende>Visa ett fönsters menyer and I just change once between alternatives and change back. After that I log out and log in again and it will be normal. Rather annoyning to do this at every boot event...
