Firefox crashes when I open the Extensions manager

Bug Description
I noticed that the ForecastFox extension no longer appeared to be operative and
tried to open extensions to see what was going on. Initially, it allowed me to
open it but gave me a dialog window where all the fields were blank. I could
then only close the dialog window by clicking on the x (i.e., the close button
did not work). When I tried to open the extensions manager again, firefox
bombed. Reinstalled Firefox and everything seemed to work (ForecastFox was
working again) but when I again tried to open the extensions manager, Firefox
crashed.
