No verification message prior to transferring holdings/items

Bug Description
In previous versions of Evergreen, while transferring holdings a click through verification dialog box would display so that catalogers could cancel the transfer if an incorrect destination was marked. The box contained the destination record and call number and the ability to cancel the transfer or proceed. The dialog box no longer appears and the transfer occurs without the verification step. Its return would be helpful so that catalogers can confirm the transfer before it occurs.

There is definitely not verification dialog box displayed when transferring holdings.
However, I have tested I tested the transfer behavior in multiple versions (3.3.2, 3.5.1 and the current bug squash test server) and in none of these versions did the dialog box appear when transferring holdings.
Still, I think the transfer of holdings is not very intuitive and can be a bit confusing. I agree, that displaying a dialog box would be very helpful.
