Bug Description

Yesterday I updated to Ubuntu 20.10 (from 20.04 LTS) and immediately noticed an issue with windows flickering when I resize them.

This did not happen in 20.04.

Windows this has been noticed on include:

- Software & Updates (as shown in video)
- Tilix
- KeePassXC

Here is some information about my system:

- OS: Ubuntu 20.10 x86_64
- Host: XPS 13 9370
- Kernel: 5.8.0-40-generic
- Shell: bash 5.0.17
- Resolution: 1920x1080
- DE: GNOME 3.38.2
- WM: Mutter
