%2F injected in urls

Hi,
As per https://xyz.tld/eg/staff/login?route_to=%2Feg%2Fstaff%2Fadmin%2Fworkstation%2Findex
 ...%2F is injected in urls.
When I try and login and click submit nothing happens. Wondering if it's related to this.

....I also read https://georgialibraries.markmail.org/thread/syrtjlxiehk4y2sm and it references /etc/apache2-websockets/sites-available/default-ssl.conf but not
/etc/apache2-websockets/apache2.conf ....I don't have a folder called apache2-websockets and am unsure if it should have been generated during the install phase?

This appears to be a support issue (as opposed to a bug) - marking it as invalid since it's presumably been resolved by now.
