PDB files missing in Windows installer

Bug Description

I guess since we moved to CMake we have no longer PDB files in the Windows installer.

They are helpful for debugging Mixxx on Windows and produce a nice back trace in case of crashes.

We have currently one with m4a encoding on windows, where this is essential.
