Bug Description
In 3.6.1 Bootstrap OPAC:
The postal card on the main_payment_form is hardcoded to pattern=
It should probably get that from a library setting.

This is no longer valid for Stripe since it now uses embedded code being supplied by the vendor, but I'm not sure if it is still valid for other payment options.
