Bug Description
Hi
I have discover a odd bug on my laptop a Dell Latitude E6420 with the Kernel 5.8.0. When I try use sound on my laptop with this Kernel there is no sound. I decide to test another Kernel which is Kernel 5.4.0 and when I use it sounds comes out of the computer without any problem. The Linux I use i based on Ubuntu 20.04. And if I understand correctly there are reports that 5.8.0 has removed many sound cards and that might be the reason why my laptop doesn't have any sound with this Kernel. I hope this will be fix in the future.
Yours
Christer Wickman
