Read Aloud toolbar covers text

The new Read Aloud feature is a great addition, but the toolbar for it should not be covering the text being read. Either make it transparent or shiftable :)

This is not worth the effort for me personally. If some one else wants to implement it, I will be happy to supply any needed guidance. If so, re-open the ticket and we can discuss it.

How about shifting the toolbar to a different corner of the screen? Since the Read Aloud feature brings the text up as it proceeds, it wouldn't matter as much if the toolbar is on the bottom corners.

Personally speaking the toolbar blocking the text is quite defeating the purpose of having the feature.. would appreciate if a solution can be made!

Read aloud in paged mode rather than flow mode and then the bar wont
cover the currently read text. That said, I have no problem with moving
it to the bottom corner in flow mode.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
