Angular grids should support shift-click multi-row selection

Users should have the ability to shift-click to select a range of grid rows in Angular grids, similar to AngJS grids.

Works great! I didn't realize at first that I needed to click on the row rather than in the checkbox, but once I realized that then it worked as expected.
