First column of stats on a torrent's Status page are in the wrong order

Bug Description

See attached screenshot. There are four stats given in the first column of a torrent's Status page, described as..

Down Speed
Up Speed
Downloaded
Uploaded

.. however the actual figures are in a different order

Uploaded
Up Speed
Downloaded
Down Speed

Either would make sense, but they need to be consistent with each other.

The actual issue is in the deluge-gtk package, but if I try to set it to that, this system doesn't think there is such a package.

Although 22.10 is still on version 2.0.3 (?!), this is fixed in its deluge 2.0.3-3.1.
