If I delete file /etc/OpenCL/vendors/nvidia.icd then:

Configuring the nvidia-compute-utils-390 (390.141-0ubuntu0.20.10.1) package ...
Note: there is no access to the specified home directory / nonexistent: No such file or directory
The system user "nvidia-persistenced" (UID 126) is added ...
A new group "nvidia-persistenced" (GID 135) is added ...
A new user "nvidia-persistenced" (UID 126) is added to the "nvidia-persistenced" group ...
The home directory "/ nonexistent" is not created.
