Bug Description
Pinta 1.8 on Ubuntu 20.04:

1. In Pallete dock select primary color as black and secondary color as red.
2. Rectangle Select and mark some area.
3. Text and set Text Stype to Fill Background.
4. Click OUTSIDE of selection from step 2 (first problem: it should not be allowed to click outside selection).
5. Start typing. Only background (secondary) red color appears with no forground color (primary color).
I also tested in Pinta 1.7 snap package on Ubuntu 20.04 and problem is already in previous version, so no regression.
