Bug Description

In 3.6.1:

We have had multiple instances where staff have used the "Edit Pickup Library" action from the Holds Pull List interface to change an item and have inadvertently changed multiple items because they didn't realize they had more than one selected. I'd like to propose that we add a confirmation "Are you sure you want to change the pickup library for [X] items to [library]?"

+1 we had a library take "Edit Pickup Library" to mean "Filter Pull List by Pickup Library." A dialog box that indicates what is about to happen may prevent this confusion.
