Bug Description

Fritz WLAN Stick AC 860 (should be 057C:8503, Ralink mt7662u ) was working well with 5.4.0-54-generic (5.4.0-55 was never installed) but since -56 the startup process ends with disabled network manager (gnome wifi selector tells that NM is not running).

While writing this report the fritz stick was not connected to the machine.
