Improvements to motu-reviewers mailing list posts' Subjects

As proposed at https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-motu/2008-January/003132.html, it would be great if those useless comments in the motu-reviewers mailing list were removed, as they make the subject too long, avoiding sometimes to see which package has been uploaded/commented/updated.

To fix this, we need 2 things:
 - This patch.
 - Change the ML settings to remove the [Motu-reviewers] prefix.

I think we added those headers because some people are using them to filter their mail.

with your patch filtering of those becomes less reliable, and people would have to adjust their filters.

Stefan, do you think we need to care about those?

That's what my mail was about, telling people their filters would break if they
were using the Subject, and telling them they could use X-BeenThere and
Mail-Id... to filter.

Since the motu-reviewers list already has appropriate list-headers, and noone
objected on the motu mailing list to this change, I think we can safely drop
these.
