Bug Description

We need to package the GTK3 libraries with the macOS installer for the GTK3 build. Currently it depends on having the GTK libraries installed on the system, e.g. via homebrew.

Some references to look into are https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57535924/shipping-gtk-apps-for-macos-with-xcode, https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/GTK/OSX/Bundling, and https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk-mac-bundler

We should also look into using a trimmed version of the .NET runtime (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/deploying/trim-self-contained)
