Bootstrap OPAC: Cannot edit title and description of Lists

In 3.6.1 Bootstrap OPAC:

No longer have the ability to edit a list title or description.

Don't know if we are using Bootstrap, but also having this issue in 3.6.5

Noting that this is becoming more of an issue for our libraries. Many staff create booklists in the OPAC to share on their websites, newsletters, etc, and the inability to edit the title and description is making this a lot harder.

We've come up with a workaround for now, but it's not ideal. I'd love to see this fixed.

Workaround:
1. First open up the list in the public catalog that needs to have its title or description edited. Make a note of the number after bookbag= in the URL; this is the list ID.
2. Open up the Evergreen staff client and go to Cataloging>Record Buckets.
3. From the Bucket View tab, click the Buckets button. Select Shared Bucket.
4. Enter in the list's ID. Click Load Bucket.
5. The list's content should appear.
6. Click the Buckets button again. This time go to Edit Bucket. Here you should be able to edit the name and description.
