Communication to keystone through sdk does not pass cert/key file for tls Edit

Bug Description

The the [authentication] section of the senlin configurations does not accept certfile/keyfile like the [keystone_authtoken] which is used to communicate with keystone

so if keystone API accept only tls connections the communication through SDK will give SSLerror for not passing the cert/key
