QFileDialog calls portal when ShowDirsOnly is set but not available

A snapped application that uses the kde-neon extension and the class QFileDialog for opening / selecting a folder, the xdg-desktop-portal is called.

According to https://snapcraft.io/docs/xdg-desktop-portals "Support for selecting folders instead of files has recently been merged and is not released yet. This will only work on distributions using xdg-desktop-portal > 1.8.0".

Running the same application in a flatpak sandbox, the dialog works correctly (falls back to not using the portal and shows the dialog in the sandbox).

As discussed in the forum, the problems stem from using an older version of Qt. Updating to Qt 5.15 should fix the issue, but it's beyond the scope of this bug.
