I tried running that command and I get

ERROR: The python3-launchpadlib package is not installed. This functionality is not available.

However as I had to uninstall 5.4.0-58 I don't know if this will show any information, the mouse does not move and if I run lsusb on 5.4.0-58 it shows:

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub

If I use lsusb on 5.4.0-54 it shows:
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 004 Device 002: ID 046d:c52b Logitech, Inc. Unifying Receiver
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub

I tried many different ways to resolve this issue manually adding and removing modules or editing driver files as suggested in different forums and it didn't work (I only have a basic knowledge of Linux) anyway I'm pleased to say that it is working again from Kernel 5.4.0-67.
