Bug Description
Currently there seems to be no way to add custom lines to the generated Wi-Fi config.
For example, no way to specify the regulatory domain (e.g. `country=DE`).
Thus hereby a feature request to add a way to amend the generated `/run/netplan/

We do not want to allow passing custom lines directly to the WPA configuration, but want to have tightly controlled settings via netplan's YAML stanzas.
